Lamb Chop Grill

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 4 (1-inch thick) lamb chops

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins Ready Time: 4 hrs 25 mins

  • whisk the water, sugar, and salt together in a bowl; pour into a gallon-sized resealable plastic bag. add the rosemary, thyme, and lamb chops to the bag. coat the lamb with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours.
  • preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
  • remove the lamb chops from the bag, and discard the marinade.
  • cook on the preheated grill until no longer pink in the center, about 10 minutes per side. an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees f (63 degrees c).
