Chocolate - Espresso Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
- 8 ounces best-quality bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces
Recipe
- 1 bring water, cream, sugar and espresso powder to simmer in medium saucepan, stirring occasionally.
- 2 reduce heat to low.
- 3 add chocolate and butter and whisk until melted and smooth.
