Cheesy Onion Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 lbs frozen hash browns (shredded)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 3 tablespoons instant minced onion
- 2 cups monterey jack cheese, colby cheese blend, shredded
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 spray 13 x 9 oven safe casserole dish with cooking spray (butter flavored works well with this dish).
- 3 combine all ingrediants except sharp cheddar cheese and put in prepared casserole dish.
- 4 bake for 30 minutes.
- 5 top with sharp cheddar cheese and bake additional 15 minutes.
