Elyse's Chocolate Cake

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

• 1 cup cocoa
• 3 cups flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 cups coffee (2 tspn. instant coffee plus 2 cups boiling water mixed)
• 1 cup oil
• 4 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe

• 1 place all dry ingredients in the mixer.
• 2 turn mixer on low and slowly add the wet ingredients 1 at a time.
• 3 pour into 2 greased round pans or 2 square pans.
• 4 bake 350 for 45minutes-1 hour.
• 5 freezes well.
• 6 hint: line the pans with baking paper for easy clean up.
