Ingredients
- 115 g butter
- 115 g sugar
- 115 g flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- chocolate, buttons for decoration
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and sugar.
- 2 add sifted dry ingredients.
- 3 roll into balls and place on a greased oven tray and flatten.
- 4 place a chocolate button in the centre of each biscuit.
- 5 bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 175ºc.
