Dad's Pistachio Pudding

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package jell-o instant pistachio pudding mix
• 1 (11 ounce) can pineapple tidbits (not drained)
• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• 1 (8 ounce) carton small curd cottage cheese
• 1 (8 ounce) carton cool whip

Recipe

• 1 mix all ingredients in the order given, and refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight.
• 2 stir and fluff when done, and serve chilled.
