Arkansas Possum Pie

Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1/3 cup instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate cookies, crushed
- 15 pecan halves
Recipe
- 1 beat cream cheese with sugar.
- 2 pour into crust.
- 3 sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- 4 whisk the milk, 1 tsp vanilla and pudding mixes for 2 minutes.
- 5 let stand for 2 minutes.
- 6 spoon pudding mix over pecans.
- 7 sprinkle with 1/4 c of the cookies.
- 8 refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
- 9 whip cream with 1 tsp vanilla.
- 10 spread over pie.
- 11 top with pecan halves and remaining cookie crumbs.
