Arkansas Possum Pie

Ingredients

• 1 graham cracker crust
• 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
• 1 3/4 cups milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup vanilla instant pudding mix
• 1/3 cup instant chocolate pudding mix
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup chocolate cookies, crushed
• 15 pecan halves

Recipe

• 1 beat cream cheese with sugar.
• 2 pour into crust.
• 3 sprinkle with chopped pecans.
• 4 whisk the milk, 1 tsp vanilla and pudding mixes for 2 minutes.
• 5 let stand for 2 minutes.
• 6 spoon pudding mix over pecans.
• 7 sprinkle with 1/4 c of the cookies.
• 8 refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
• 9 whip cream with 1 tsp vanilla.
• 10 spread over pie.
• 11 top with pecan halves and remaining cookie crumbs.
