Banana Nut Bread

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cups carnation instant nonfat dry milk powder
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 1/2 cups very ripe bananas, mashed (about 7 medium)
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 grease two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
  • 3 combine flour, dry milk, baking powder and cinnamon in medium bowl.
  • 4 beat eggs, bananas, sugar and oil in large mixer bowl on medium speed.
  • 5 gradually beat in flour mixture; stir in nuts.
  • 6 spoon into prepared pans.
  • 7 bake for 60 to 65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in centers comes out clean.
  • 8 cool in pans on wire racks for 10 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
