Chicken-curry Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 (3 ounce) package dry chicken noodle soup mix
- 1 cup instant rice
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
- 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup crushed pineapple
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
Recipe
- 1 add soup mix and rice to boiling water. cover and simmer until water is absorbed. stir to fluff. cover and set aside for 15-20 minute when rice mixture is cold, add all remaining ingredients. blend well. cover and chill thoroughly.
