Chicken-curry Salad

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 (3 ounce) package dry chicken noodle soup mix
  • 1 cup instant rice
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 cup crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise

Recipe

  • 1 add soup mix and rice to boiling water. cover and simmer until water is absorbed. stir to fluff. cover and set aside for 15-20 minute when rice mixture is cold, add all remaining ingredients. blend well. cover and chill thoroughly.
