Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients

• Servings: 12
• 1/2 cup butter (one stick)
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 (8 ounce) container cool whip, divided
• 2 (25 g) boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
• 3 cups skim milk

Recipe

• 1 mix together butter, flour and nuts. press in the bottom of 9x13 pan and bake for 15 minutes at 300 degrees; cool.
• 2 mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and about 3 ounces of cool whip; spread on crust.
• 3 mix together pudding mix and milk and spread on cream cheese.
• 4 top with remaining cool whip.
• 5 sprinkle additional chopped nuts on top if desired.
