Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups flour, sifted
• 2 cups sugar
• 3/4 cup cocoa
• 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee
• 1 1/4 cups water
• 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 teaspoon rum
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup oil

Recipe

• 1 mix all ingredients together.
• 2 bake in a greased pan in a 180 degree c oven for 1 hour.
