Black Russian Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant chocolate pudding mix
• 1 cup oil
• 1/4 cup vodka (i used vanilla vodka)
• 1/4 cup kahlua
• 3/4 cup water
• 4 eggs
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup kahlua (coffee or milk works too)

Recipe

• 1 preheat one to 350.
• 2 spray bundt pan with cooking spray.
• 3 combine all the cake ingredients and beat 4 minutes.
• 4 pour into bundt pan.
• 5 bake 60-70 minutes.
• 6 cool in pan until cake is just barely warm.
• 7 invert onto plate.
• 8 poke hole in warm cake with straw or wooden spoon.
• 9 mix glaze ingredients; stir to dissolve sugar.
• 10 pour over cake.
• 11 sprinkle heavily with powdered sugar before serving.
