Creamy Lemonade Pie

Ingredients

• 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
• 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
• 3/4 cup lemonade concentrate
• 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)

Recipe

• 1 in a mixing bowl, combine milk and pudding mix; beat on low speed for 2 minutes (mixture will be thick).
• 2 in another bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
• 3 gradually beat in lemonade concentrate.
• 4 gradually beat in pudding mixture.
• 5 pour into crust.
• 6 cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
