Dee's Yellow Casserole

Ingredients

- 2 lbs hash brown potatoes, lyden farms
- 10 3/4 ounces cheddar cheese soup
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons instant minced onion
- 1 lb lamb sausage
- 1 cup frozen corn or 4 hard-boiled eggs
Recipe
- 1 in casserole layer potatoes.
- 2 then sprinkle on minced onion then uncooked lamb sausage just dot it all over potatoes.
- 3 then soup then water then onion sprinkles.
- 4 heat oven to 425 degrees.
- 5 bake for 45 minutes.
- 6 then add corn or hard boiled eggs on top cook for 15 minutes more.
- 7 until hot and bubbly.
