Chocolate Tube Cake

Ingredients

• 1 package yellow cake mix or 1 package chocolate cake mix (will make it really chocolate)
• 1 5/8 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup oil
• 3/4 cup water
• 1 3/4 cups sifted powdered sugar
• 6 tablespoons milk

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350.
• 2 blend cake mix and pudding in a large bowl.
• 3 add eggs, oil and water.
• 4 start on low speed, then 10 minutes at medium speed once ingredients are throughly mixed.
• 5 turn batter into a 10 inch tube pan.
• 6 bake 50 minutes at 350 or until toothpick is clean.
• 7 cool in pan on rack do not turn upside down.
• 8 using a 2 tined fork, poke holes 1 inch apart in the entire cake.
• 9 prepare glaze mixing powdered sugar and milk til smooth.
• 10 pour glaze over cake immediately and allow to cool in the pan.
