Creamy Ice Cream

Ingredients

• Servings: 12
• 8 ounces cream cheese (lite works as well)
• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package french vanilla instant pudding ( chocolate is good too!!)
• 3/4 cup milk (skim-whole, doesn't matter)
• 8 ounces frozen cool whip, thawed
• 2 -3 cups strawberries, chopped
• 4 cups ice cream, softened (homemade or store bought, i do store bought for ease)

Recipe

• 1 whip cream cheese until fluffy.
• 2 add milk and pudding mix until smooth.
• 3 fold in cool whip and strawberries.
• 4 mix (by hand!) with ice cream and serve!
• 5 mix the ice cream by hand so it doesn't get too soft, if you do it in the mixer just be gentle.
• 6 *can add more strawberries either to mix or on top.
• 7 *would be good with blueberries or other fruits as well.
