Eggnog Sherry Cake

- 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix (not pudding)
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup dry sherry
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 (5 1/8 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- powdered sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 grease 10” bundt pan.
- 3 combine cake mix, eggs, sherry, oil, pudding and nutmeg.
- 4 beat with low speed mixer for 1 minute.
- 5 scrap bowl and mix high speed 3 minutes.
- 6 scrap bowl and pour into bundt pan.
- 7 bake 45-50 minutes.
- 8 cool and turn out.
- 9 glaze with powdered sugar mixed with sherry.
