Eggnog Sherry Cake

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix (not pudding)
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup dry sherry
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 (5 1/8 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • powdered sugar

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 grease 10” bundt pan.
  • 3 combine cake mix, eggs, sherry, oil, pudding and nutmeg.
  • 4 beat with low speed mixer for 1 minute.
  • 5 scrap bowl and mix high speed 3 minutes.
  • 6 scrap bowl and pour into bundt pan.
  • 7 bake 45-50 minutes.
  • 8 cool and turn out.
  • 9 glaze with powdered sugar mixed with sherry.
