Ingredients

- 1/2 lb bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups cubed velveeta cheese
- 1 teaspoon bacon grease
- 4 cups cooked grits (regular/not instant)
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook the grits according to package directions.
- 2 add the bacon, cheese and bacon grease.
- 3 keep stirring over low heat until the cheese melts; serve while hot.
