Crock Pot Cherry Lamb Chops Recipe

Total Time: 6 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 lamb chops, cut 3/4-inch thick
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground mace or 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Recipe

  • 1 brown lamb chops quickly in a little fat in a heavy skillet. sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 2 in slow cooker stir together half of the can of cherry pie filling, lemon juice, mace, and bouillon granules.mix well.
  • 3 place lamb chops on top of mixture.
  • 4 cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
  • 5 warm the other half of cherry pie filling and pass in sauce dish when serving chops.
