Crock Pot Cherry Lamb Chops Recipe

- 6 lamb chops, cut 3/4-inch thick
- salt
- pepper
- 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules
- 1/8 teaspoon ground mace or 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 brown lamb chops quickly in a little fat in a heavy skillet. sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 2 in slow cooker stir together half of the can of cherry pie filling, lemon juice, mace, and bouillon granules.mix well.
- 3 place lamb chops on top of mixture.
- 4 cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
- 5 warm the other half of cherry pie filling and pass in sauce dish when serving chops.
