Crispy Rice & Veggies

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rice
  • 1 (15 ounce) can peas
  • 2 (7 ounce) cans mushrooms
  • 1 cup french-fried onions
  • 2 tablespoons spices (garlic & herb, mrs. dash)

Recipe

  • 1 cook 3 cups of instant rice in a microwave safe bowl for approximately 5 minutes, or until boiling.
  • 2 empty one can of peas into cooking pot and warm on the stove top.
  • 3 empty the rice into a large bowl and empty the peas over top of the rice.
  • 4 add 2 cans of mushrooms to the bowl containing the rice and peas.
  • 5 then add 2 tablespoons of mrs. dash garlic and herb flavor.
  • 6 after that add 1 cup of french fried onions.
  • 7 mix well so that every thing is all around the pot and serve.
