Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) pie crusts
- 1 (5 ounce) package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 8 ounces cool whip, divided
Recipe
- 1 mix pudding and milk.
- 2 add coconut.
- 3 add 1/2 of cool whip.
- 4 pour into shell.
- 5 add other half cool whip on top.
- 6 (if you want, hold back a little coconut to sprinkle on top).
- 7 refrigerate and serve.
