Easy Lemon Cheesecake

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk

Recipe

  • 1 mix sugar; crumbs and butter.
  • 2 press into a 9 inch pie plate and bake for 10 minutes.
  • 3 while crust is baking, mix cream cheese until smooth.
  • 4 gradually blend in 1/2 cup milk until smooth and creamy.
  • 5 add remaining milk and pudding mix.
  • 6 beat slowly for 1 minute.
  • 7 do not overbeat.
  • 8 pour into cooled crust.
