El Troppo Coffee

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 teaspoon nescafe red mug instant coffee granules
  • 2 teaspoons maggi coconut milk powder
  • 200 ml chilled milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons ice cubes, crushed
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 50 ml fresh pineapple juice

Recipe

  • 1 combine everything in a blender.
  • 2 process until well blended.
  • 3 pour into a serving glass, garnish with a slice of pineapple and serve cold.
