Ingredients
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 2/3 cup sweet potato puree
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Recipe
- 1 melt butter, mix in cocoa powder.
- 2 mix together flour, flax seed, baking powder, sweet potato, and molasses.
- 3 mix together vanilla and instant coffee, add to cocoa mixture.
- 4 add cocoa mixture to flour mixture.
- 5 spoon into 8 x 8 greased baking dish, flatten surface.
- 6 bake at 350 degrees for 20 minute.
