Fudgesicle Pie

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 20 oreo cookies, crushed in a food processor or blender
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
• 1 cup milk
• 1 pint slightly softened vanilla ice cream

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 375*.
• 2 mix crust ingredients together and press mixture into a 9" pie pan.
• 3 bake in oven for 10 minutes.
• 4 cool completely.
• 5 in a small bowl, combine pudding mix and milk.
• 6 fold pudding into ice cream.
• 7 pour mixture into the cooled crust.
• 8 freeze several hours until firm (about 6 hours).
• 9 cooking time includes freezing time.
