Brownie Bottoms - Crockpot

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 3/4 cup water
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 2 1/2 cups packaged brownie mix
• 1 (2 3/4 ounce) box instant chocolate pudding mix
• 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
• 2 eggs
• 3 tablespoons butter (melted)

Recipe

• 1 lightly grease a 4 qt slow cooker with non-stick spray.
• 2 in a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, water, cocoa powder - bring to a boil.
• 3 in a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients with 1/2 cup water to form a batter.
• 4 spread into slow cooker
• 5 pour boiling cocoa mixture over batter.
• 6 cover, cook on high for 1 1/2 hours. turn off slow cooker and let stand for 30 minutes.
• 7 serve warm topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
