Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 (400 g) cans chopped tomatoes
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 mexican instant oxo cube
- 1 (400 g) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
Recipe
- 1 soften onion in a pot with the oil.
- 2 add 1 tin of chopped tomatoes, crumble in beef oxo cube and stir.
- 3 add other tin of chopped tomatoes, fill tin with water and add to pot. crumble in mexican oxo cube and stir.
- 4 simmer for 20 minutes.
- 5 add kidney beans and simmer for further 15 minutes.
