Chilli Soup

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 (400 g) cans chopped tomatoes
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 mexican instant oxo cube
  • 1 (400 g) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed

Recipe

  • 1 soften onion in a pot with the oil.
  • 2 add 1 tin of chopped tomatoes, crumble in beef oxo cube and stir.
  • 3 add other tin of chopped tomatoes, fill tin with water and add to pot. crumble in mexican oxo cube and stir.
  • 4 simmer for 20 minutes.
  • 5 add kidney beans and simmer for further 15 minutes.
