- 1/4 cup instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons water
- 4 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- chocolate ice cream, to serve
Recipe
- 1 dissolve coffee in water in a pitcher.
- 2 add milk, brown sugar, and almond extract.
- 3 stir well and pour over ice cubes into parfait glasses.
- 4 top each glass with a scoop of ice cream.
