Frosted Triple Orange Squares

Ingredients

- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 (6 ounce) box orange jell-o
- 6 ounces frozen orange juice
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 (3 ounce) box instant lemon pudding
- 1 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 dissolve jello in boiling water.
- 2 stir in frozen oj, mix until thawed.
- 3 stir in undrained pineapple.
- 4 chill in bowl until partially set, approximately 1- 1 1/2 hours.
- 5 gently fold in drained oranges, and pour into 13 x 9 pan.
- 6 chill until firm.
- 7 beat whipping cream until soft peaks form.
- 8 set aside.
- 9 beat pudding and milk until smooth, gently fold in whipping cream.
- 10 frost top of jello with whipped cream and pudding mixture.
- 11 chill until firm.
