Frosted Triple Orange Squares

Ingredients

• 2 cups boiling water
• 1 (6 ounce) box orange jell-o
• 6 ounces frozen orange juice
• 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
• 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
• 1 cup whipping cream
• 1 (3 ounce) box instant lemon pudding
• 1 cup milk

Recipe

• 1 dissolve jello in boiling water.
• 2 stir in frozen oj, mix until thawed.
• 3 stir in undrained pineapple.
• 4 chill in bowl until partially set, approximately 1- 1 1/2 hours.
• 5 gently fold in drained oranges, and pour into 13 x 9 pan.
• 6 chill until firm.
• 7 beat whipping cream until soft peaks form.
• 8 set aside.
• 9 beat pudding and milk until smooth, gently fold in whipping cream.
• 10 frost top of jello with whipped cream and pudding mixture.
• 11 chill until firm.
