Chips Ahoy Chocolate Pie

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 16 chips ahoys chocolate chip cookies
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package chocolate instant pudding
  • 2 cups cool whip

Recipe

  • 1 crush 16 cookies in a sealable plastic bag until fine crumbs form.
  • 2 mix 1 1/2 cups of the crumbs with melted butter.
  • 3 press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate to form crust.
  • 4 reserve remaining crumbs.
  • 5 combine 1 1/2 cups milk and pudding mix in medium bowl.
  • 6 stir for 2 minutes with wire whisk.
  • 7 gently stir in 2 cups thawed cool whip.
  • 8 spoon into crust.
  • 9 refrigerate 30 minutes or until set.
  • 10 top with reserved cookie crumbs.
