Fudgsicle Pie

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 16 cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
• 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted
• 1 cup milk
• 1 (4 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
• 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened (not melted)

Recipe

• 1 in a bowl, combine the cookie crumbs and melted butter; mix well.
• 2 press into a greased 9-in pie plate.
• 3 in a mixing bowl, beat the milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes.
• 4 fold in ice cream.
• 5 spoon into the prepared crust.
• 6 cover and freeze for 4 hours or til firm.
• 7 remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving.
• 8 if desired, garnish with whipped topping.
