Banana Caramel Spice Pie

Total Time: 4 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana, ripe
  • 1 shortbread pie crust
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton cool whip
  • 6 tablespoons caramel topping

Recipe

  • 1 slice banana and place in bottom of crust.
  • 2 pour milk into large bowl.
  • 3 add pudding mixes and cinnamon.
  • 4 beat with wire whisk 1 minute.
  • 5 gently stir in whipped topping.
  • 6 spoon into crust.
  • 7 refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
  • 8 just before serving, top with whip cream and caramel topping, and some banana slices for an attractive presentation.
