Banana Cream Cheesecake

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 7 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 28 squares)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed,divided
  • 3 -4 sliced firm bananas, sliced
  • 1 3/4 cups cold milk
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant banana pudding mix

Recipe

  • 1 combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter.
  • 2 reserve 1/2 cup for topping.
  • 3 press crumbs into 9" springform pan or 9 x 9 pn.
  • 4 bake for 5- 7 minutes in 350 degree oven.
  • 5 cool.
  • 6 beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • 7 fold 2 cups of whipped topping into cream cheese mixture.
  • 8 arrange half of banana slices into crust.
  • 9 top with half of cream cheese mixture.
  • 10 repeat the layers.
  • 11 combine the milk and pudding mix until smooth and add remaining whipped topping spread on top of cream cheese layer and sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
  • 12 garnish with additional bananas.
