Banana Freeze

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 1 (1 ounce) package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 small ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 egg whites, stiff beaten
Recipe
- 1 prepare pudding according to pkg directions.
- 2 stir in extract.
- 3 cover surface of pudding with waxed paper and cool to room temperature.
- 4 fold in bananas and egg whites.
- 5 spoon into 10 paper bake cups in muffin pans and freeze until firm.
- 6 let stand at room temp 30 minutes before serving.
