Banana Freeze

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 (1 ounce) package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 small ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 egg whites, stiff beaten

Recipe

  • 1 prepare pudding according to pkg directions.
  • 2 stir in extract.
  • 3 cover surface of pudding with waxed paper and cool to room temperature.
  • 4 fold in bananas and egg whites.
  • 5 spoon into 10 paper bake cups in muffin pans and freeze until firm.
  • 6 let stand at room temp 30 minutes before serving.
