Bourbon Baked Beans

Ingredients

• 4 (16 ounce) cans boston baked beans
• 1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple (drained)
• 1 (12 ounce) jar heinz chili sauce
• 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
• 1/2 cup jack daniels bourbon
• 1/4 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
• 1/2 cup onion (chopped) (optional)
• 1 tablespoon molasses
• 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Recipe

• 1 to make the coffee, dissolve 1 tsp of instant coffee in 1/2 cup of hot water.
• 2 combine all ingredients in pot and cook over low heat for 2 hours, or put in covered baking dish and bake at 350°f for 2 hours, or put in crock pot on high for 3-4 hours.
