Ingredients
- 1 (1 ounce) package sugar-free instant pudding mix
- 2 cups hot water

- 1 beat the pudding mix into the water with a wire whisk until completely dissolved.
- 2 pour the mixture into an ice-cube try. cover the ice-cube tray with plastic wrap and poke a toothpick into each cube.
- 3 freeze until fully hardened (about 1-2 hours).
