Frozen Banana Latte

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk
  • 1/2 cup cubed soft silken tofu
  • 2 -3 teaspoons instant coffee granules
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • ground cinnamon (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 place first 5 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth and frothy.
  • 2 sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
