Golden Pound Cake

Ingredients
- 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package lemon cake mix
- 1 (3/4 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 1 (12 ounce) can mountain dew soda
- confectioners' sugar (optional)
Recipe
- 1 1. in a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil and soda. beat on low speed for 30 seconds. beat on medium for 2 minutes. pour into a greased/floured 10 inch fluted tube pan.
- 2 2. bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. cool 10 minutes. remove to a wire rack to cool completely. dust with confectioner's sugar if desired.
