Beer Pizza Crust (abm)

Ingredients
- 1 cup beer
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 3 1/4 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in machine in order recommended by the manufacturer. select dough cycle.
- 2 remove dough to a floured board and let rest for 15 minutes. divide dough in half. meanwhile heat oven to 400*.
- 3 roll out dough or press into pans. partially bake (10-12 minutes) before adding toppings.
