Beer Pizza Crust (abm)

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in machine in order recommended by the manufacturer. select dough cycle.
  • 2 remove dough to a floured board and let rest for 15 minutes. divide dough in half. meanwhile heat oven to 400*.
  • 3 roll out dough or press into pans. partially bake (10-12 minutes) before adding toppings.
