Chocolate Layer Dessert

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 3/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 2 cups cool whip
  • 1 (106 g) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 (106 g) package instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 1/2 cups 2% low-fat milk
  • 2 cups cool whip (for top)

Recipe

  • 1 mix the first three ingredients together.
  • 2 press into a 9x13 pan.
  • 3 bake at 325 f for 20-25 minutes. cool.
  • 4 beat cream cheese and icing sugar together.
  • 5 mix in 2 cups of cool whip.
  • 6 spread over crust.
  • 7 mix chocolate, vanilla pudding and milk together.
  • 8 spread over cream cheese.
  • 9 spread remaining 2 cups of cool whip over the pudding layer if desired.
  • 10 grate chocolate over top if desired.
  • 11 refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
