Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons melted butter or 4 tablespoons margarine
- 1 cup farina (not instant, or quick cooking)
- salt (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs well.
- 2 add melted butter, or margarine.
- 3 add farina and salt.
- 4 mix at least 1 hour before using.
- 5 drop by teaspoonful into boiling broth.
- 6 lower heat to simmer.
- 7 cover and cook without lifting cover for at least 20 minutes.
