Ginger Grilled Lamb Tenderloin

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs lamb tenderloin, 2 whole
  • 2 cups dry wine or 2 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 4 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, pushed through a press
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except green onions in a resealable plastic storage bag; seal and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • 2 remove tenderloins from marinade; discard marinade. heat gas grill to medium and grill tenderloins in covered grill 15 to 20 minutes, until an instant-read thermometer inserted in center of meat reaches 155°f to 160°f slice lamb, garnish with green onion and serve immediately.
