Buffalo Chicken Pizza -a New Must Try Difference!!

Ingredients
- 1 (3/4 ounce) package instant yeast
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2/3 cup water, very warm
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce, classico
- 1/2 cup chicken strips, chopped (tyson southwest strips)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup colby-monterey jack cheese
- 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce, franks
- 1/4 cup celery leaves, chopped
Recipe
- 1 1-prepare pizza crust according to package directions. (i did change the sugar from to brown). roll out and place on pizza stone or baking sheet.
- 2 2-spread pizza sauce, place chicken on, then sprinkle with cheese and drizzle on hot sauce.
- 3 3-bake pizza at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- 4 4-sprinkle with chopped celery leaves and serve with ranch.
- 5 *note-another variation is to mix the pizza sauce into the wing sauce with a ratio of 2(pizza) to 1(wing).
