Buffalo Chicken Pizza -a New Must Try Difference!!

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (3/4 ounce) package instant yeast
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2/3 cup water, very warm
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 cup pizza sauce, classico
  • 1/2 cup chicken strips, chopped (tyson southwest strips)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup colby-monterey jack cheese
  • 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce, franks
  • 1/4 cup celery leaves, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 1-prepare pizza crust according to package directions. (i did change the sugar from to brown). roll out and place on pizza stone or baking sheet.
  • 2 2-spread pizza sauce, place chicken on, then sprinkle with cheese and drizzle on hot sauce.
  • 3 3-bake pizza at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  • 4 4-sprinkle with chopped celery leaves and serve with ranch.
  • 5 *note-another variation is to mix the pizza sauce into the wing sauce with a ratio of 2(pizza) to 1(wing).
