Easy, Cheesy Mexican Rice

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 cup chunky salsa
  • 2 cups instant rice
  • 1/4 lb velveeta cheese, cubed

Recipe

  • 1 mix broth and salsa in medium saucepan. bring to boil.
  • 2 add rice and velveeta; stir.
  • 3 cover and remove from heat.

  • 5 stir until velveeta is melted.
