Berried Delight

Ingredients

• Servings: 12
• 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 3 cups cool whip, divided
• 2 pints strawberries, hulled and halved
• 2 (6 ounce) packages jello instant vanilla pudding mix
• 3 1/2 cups milk
• 1 1/2 cups graham crackers
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup melted butter

Recipe

• 1 beat cream cheese, softened with sugar and 2 t. milk until smooth.
• 2 fold in 1 1/2 cups cool whip and spread over crust.
• 3 top with strawberries.
• 4 prepare vanilla pudding using milk and pour over berries.
• 5 chill several hours or over night.
• 6 shortly before serving, spread 1 1/2 cups cool whip over pudding.
