Easy, Delicious Fridge Tart

Total Time: 10 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 hrs

Ingredients

  • 10 crushed digestive biscuits
  • 30 ml melted butter
  • 250 ml cream
  • 397 g condensed milk
  • 90 g instant pudding mix
  • 300 ml milk

Recipe

  • 1 process biscuits in food processor. you can use digestives, tennis biscuits or maybe even ginger biscuits.
  • 2 mix in melted butter well and press into pie dish. chill.
  • 3 beat cream until it is quite stiff.
  • 4 beat in condensed milk.
  • 5 mix instant pudding with milk in another container. you can use any flavour you feel like - i used butterscotch, but play around with it.
  • 6 mix instant pudding mixture with cream etc.
  • 7 pour into pie dish.
  • 8 chill for at least 10 hours.
