Ingredients

- 1 (7 1/4 ounce) box instant roasted garlic mashed potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
- 1 1/2 cups french's cheddar french fried onions
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°.
- 2 make potatoes as directed on the package for 2 pouches (8 servings).
- 3 stir in sour cream and 1 cup cheddar cheese.
- 4 heat through.
- 5 spoon mixture into a 2-quart baking dish.
- 6 sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and the french fried onions.
- 7 bake 10 minutes until hot and golden.
