Cheddary Mashed Potato Bake

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (7 1/4 ounce) box instant roasted garlic mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
  • 1 1/2 cups french's cheddar french fried onions

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375°.
  • 2 make potatoes as directed on the package for 2 pouches (8 servings).
  • 3 stir in sour cream and 1 cup cheddar cheese.
  • 4 heat through.
  • 5 spoon mixture into a 2-quart baking dish.
  • 6 sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and the french fried onions.
  • 7 bake 10 minutes until hot and golden.
