Ingredients
- 16 large marshmallows
- 4 tablespoons instant coffee granules
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped (measure out 1/2 pint before whipping)
Recipe
- 1 in a heavy-bottomed saucepan melt marshmallows, coffee granules and water stirring constantly; cool.
- 2 fold in the whipped cream into cooled marshmallow mixture.
- 3 spread on or between cakes.
- 4 refrigerate cake and any leftover icing.
