Fluffy Chocolate Mocha Icing

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 16 large marshmallows
  • 4 tablespoons instant coffee granules
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped (measure out 1/2 pint before whipping)

Recipe

  • 1 in a heavy-bottomed saucepan melt marshmallows, coffee granules and water stirring constantly; cool.
  • 2 fold in the whipped cream into cooled marshmallow mixture.
  • 3 spread on or between cakes.
  • 4 refrigerate cake and any leftover icing.
