Chocolate Covered Strawberries Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 2 packets strawberries and cream instant oatmeal

Recipe

• 1 pre heat over to 350.
• 2 mix all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, coco powder, and instant oatmeal).
• 3 soften butter
• 4 add butter, egg, and vanilla.
• 5 mix well.
• 6 place dough into the freezer covered for 15 to 20 minute (this makes the dough stiffer and easier to work with).
• 7 place spoonfuls of cookie dough on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
• 8 cook at 350 for 11 minute.
• 9 makes 24 cookies.
