Easy Mocha Mousse

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 lb semisweet chocolate
  • 1/2 cup strong coffee
  • 3 tablespoons creme de cacao
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Recipe

  • 1 break chocolate in small pieces and melt in a small saucepan with coffee.
  • 2 cool, then stir in creme de cacao and dry coffee.
  • 3 whip cream, add sugar and beat until mexture holds its shape.
  • 4 fold in chocolate and turn into 1 1/2 quart mold or souffle dish.
  • 5 cover securely with aluminum foil and freeze.
