Easy Mocha Mousse

Ingredients

- 1/2 lb semisweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup strong coffee
- 3 tablespoons creme de cacao
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 break chocolate in small pieces and melt in a small saucepan with coffee.
- 2 cool, then stir in creme de cacao and dry coffee.
- 3 whip cream, add sugar and beat until mexture holds its shape.
- 4 fold in chocolate and turn into 1 1/2 quart mold or souffle dish.
- 5 cover securely with aluminum foil and freeze.
